Network Capital Holding AG is the private investment firm of Peter Ohnemus. 
The company is currently invested in high-tech, bio-tech and sustainable energy/infrastructure start ups. The company has investments in third generation heart valves, organic search software, algorithm based skills search exchange, real-time financial data for mobile phones, renewal energy trading platform, carbon trading, etc. Peter Ohnemus/Network Capital Holding has been involved in high-tech and bio-tech investments over the last 25 years which 
has let to 4 IPO’s and some 10 trade sells. Business partners during the last years have been companies like Sybase, Intel, Deutsche Telecom, Goldman Sachs and Alcon.
Peter Ohnemus is a high-tech entrepreneur who co-founded ASSET4, the world’s leading provider of extra-financial information, in 2004, which was sold to Thomson Reuters in November of 2009. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Ohnemus has been active as a venture capitalist through The e-Firm. Prior to this, he was the CEO of The Fantastic Corporation, a broadband technology company which received investments from Intel, Deutsche Telekom, BT, 
Telecom Italia, Lucent, Reuters, and Loral and established joint venture companies with BT, Deutsche Telekom, Singapore Press Holdings and KirchGroup. The company was taken 
public by a consortium led by Goldman Sachs in 1999, less than four years after its foundation.
Mr. Ohnemus previously held executive positions with Sybase, Logic Works and COS, 
all of which went public during his tenure. He played a leading role in the success of all these companies and won the accolade of "Entrepreneur of the Year 1999" in Switzerland. 
He is a frequent commentator in the trade and business press as well as on television. 
Mr. Ohnemus has co-authored (with Lars Tvede) the book Marketing Strategies for 
the New Economy and has served on the boards of Rothschild Bank, Sunrise and Esbatech 
(sold to Alcon in 2009). Today he is active board member of CarryQuote, JANZZ, QUENTIQ, etc.
